Rank Explanations:
This is a lot to read, but it pretty much spells everything out. Please read the entire page before asking any questions related to your rank.
Members will be divided into 6 ranks as follows:
X: The X ranking serves as the highest rank. This rank is for the "leaders" - that is, they will have complete bot access and in the case of conflict they will have the final decision in the matter. They will be in charge of moderating the channel and may on occasion ask specific requests from others.
NC-17: The NC-17 is the rank that can be considered as "second in command"- these members will help the leaders and help keep the clan organized. At times they might have to take on responsibilities related to the leadership. They will be actively involved in moderation in the channel, as well as on the forums. In the case of a leader not being present, this rank will be considered to be in charge. They will have almost full control of bot operations.
******X and NC-17 rated members will serve as the high council. The high council can be thought of as a presidency; all major descisions must go through high council with a majority before going into effect. These members will be required to attend meetings and have an active interest in keeping the clan running smoothly.******
R: The R rating will serve as representatives. These members are the ones others need to talk to if they have a suggest or complaint. it will then be passed along to the high council. They will have a good amount of bot access and may be assigned specific tasks related to the clan. They will also be the ambassadors to other clans and deal with interclan relations (i.e. keeping the peace and solving problems between members).
*The R rating will make up the low council. This means that if a member has an issue they feel should be presented to possible make a new rule or policy, they need to go to these people. The low council is "problem solvers". They can then bring these issues to the attention of the high council.*
**||**High council and low council will in most cases meet together. The combined council will decide on important issues, discuss clan progress and possible promotions, and make suggestions on how to improve the clan.**||**
PG-13: Members of this rank will primarily be in charge of recruiting and helping new members. These people must be patient and level headed, as they will be dealing with possible members. They will have some bot access. These people, along with the councils, will also be in charge of proposing and organizing clan activities- i.e tournies or forum topics.
PG: This rank will hold the most members. This will be the typical rank - like a soldier- members in this rank will be expected to help ranks higher than them in some cases. They should display pride in their clan and be willing to participate and maintain a good attitude. In this way they will help the clan keep up and running and make it a fun experience for everyone.
G: This rank is for recruits - Once you have proven your desire to be in the clan and your ability to get along with other members you will be moved up.
Please note: Promotions will not be determined on ability to play the game. They will be determined on attitude, honor, willingness to participate, and how the person demonstrates leadership in the rank that they are in. Please DO NOT bug other people for promotions, it wont get you anywhere.
